Will the airport security allow this?

Hi there. I am currently in New Zealand. My flight back home to Germany is on monday. I bought a guitar here and really want to bring it home with me. The body is separated from the neck but unfortunately (as you can see) the neck still sticks out. So would security at the Airport let this through? During the flight, I would take it out and put it under my seat or something along that.

Additional information: My Arline is „Qatar“; no the neck wouldn’t fit in my luggage… it’s too tight fitted and I think it would get damaged.
